At PetWorld, we want your furry friend to look and feel their best in our latest fashion collections. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the pet apparel items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are free of pet hair and signs of wear.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality team inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
